The 2024 - 2025 school year was a large period of growth for VGDC; with an event attendance increase of 300% from the previous academic year, the club expanded its officer team. Host to several game development projects, the year culminated in the club coming together to work on Mariposa, the 2024 iteration of The Chanel Project. Come spring, the reins of president were handed to Aslan Chan, alongside a newly elected executive board.
